Our team has grown again and we are excited to welcome Kate O’Donovan to the Gray Office Park Team. Kate, from Galway, describes herself as a true homebird even though she spent a year travelling extensively through Asia and Australia. She also spent a year working in Dublin. A number of years ago, Kate completed her MSc in Human Resource Management going on to work in HR and recruitment roles for companies such as O2, Beckman Coulter & Merit Medical. She is looking forward to getting to know the Gray Office Park Team and clients better.

The Swim Buddies Team
This month we are featuring our client Eamon Naughton who specialises in HR Consultancy.
Prior to establishing his business Eamon Naughton has over 25 years experience working in the public sector in the area of Human Resources. In recent years he has worked closely with Trade Unions and Management facilitating and identifying better and more cost effective ways of working. He also has a number of years’ experience as a Mediator and Conflict Coach within the public sector, dealing with numerous interpersonal and group conflicts within this time.
Eamon’s initial academic qualification is in the area of Work Study and Organisation and Methods. He also has a Bachelor of Business Studies from UCD specialising in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, and a Masters in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, also from UCD. He is a Practising Mediator.
Eamon is also well known, and has many years of experience, working within the soccer community at both local and national levels. He is a former Director of Galway United FC. He is currently Chairman of the Airtricity League of Ireland and is a member of a number of standing committees within the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) as well as being a member of the FAI’s Board of Management.Eamon has worked with the following Organisations since establishing his business in many areas including Mediation, Conflict Coaching and Workplace Investigations:
